Troubleshooting: 1. If the amps display shows 0.00A and cannot be adjusted, make sure the voltage is set above 14.0V and the battery voltage is not too low. 2. If the charger doesn't work, ensure the charging voltage is at least 14.2-14.5V (12V) or 28.6-29V (24V). You can also try the repair mode if the battery voltage is below 11.8V.

NOTE: This charger cannot charge batteries with 3V or less, as that indicates permanent cell damage.
